Deposit

Withdrawal

For KYC-verified accounts, Mobile Pay/Nagad withdrawals take 15 minutes to 1 hour; bank transfers take 24–48 hours. Unverified accounts may take longer.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Daily withdrawal limits are ৳50,000 for Mobile Pay/Nagad and ৳2,00,000 for bank transfers.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. Simply upload a photo of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. It keeps your account secure and helps process withdrawals faster.

Go to Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. Verify your mobile number via OTP to activate 2FA. After that, every time you Log in you will receive an OTP on your phone.
